Engine Assurance Program (EAP) hires Joe Vitulli and promotes Delray Dobbins

Dallas, Texas / January 20, 2026 – EAP is pleased to announce the expansion of Delray Dobbins’ role and to welcome Joe Vitulli as northeast sales director.

In addition to his responsibilities as director of global strategy, Delray will now lead EAP’s sales efforts as the company continues to expand the amount of engines/APUs covered by its hourly engine maintenance program. He now has the additional responsibility of oversight of all sales activities and sales personnel across the company.

In conjunction with this strategic move, EAP also welcomes Joe Vitulli as northeast sales director. Joe brings an exceptional track record to EAP, having led sales in the northeast for Honeywell Aerospace. He retired from Honeywell after a distinguished 39-year career that spanned all three of the company’s aerospace businesses: Commercial, Defense and Space, and Business and General Aviation. Throughout his various roles, Joe developed a reputation as a true customer advocate and champion, always prioritizing the safe and efficient return of aircraft to service for the next mission.

After his time at Honeywell, Joe worked for Aircraft Lighting International where he collaborated closely with the FAA on several significant projects. He is widely regarded as a trusted advisor within the aviation community, currently serving on two industry boards, supporting several additional regional associations, and acting as an FAA Safety Team Representative. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Dowling College.

EAP is proud to strengthen its leadership team with Delray and Joe, further enhancing its ability to support the expanding list of engines covered by its maintenance programs. The complete list of engines/APUs covered by EAP can be found here: https://www.eap.aero/about.

“Strengthening our team allows us to strengthen the service we provide to customers,” says Sean Lynch, EAP managing director. “Delray is a proven leader on the EAP team, and we’re excited to add Joe. His technical expertise and customer service focus will help us better serve customers in the northeast.”
