Meet the Team

Sean Lynch
Managing Director
Sean Lynch is a business aviation entrepreneur. His expertise is in identifying overlooked markets and working to deliver solutions. His businesses target neglected aspects of aviation and provide support for otherwise overlooked operators. Engine Assurance Program (EAP) was founded to offer high-quality, cost-effective engine coverage for older engine platforms, and it is now considered the world’s largest independent hourly maintenance program for TFE731 powered aircraft, in addition to select Honeywell, General Electric, Rolls-Royce and Pratt and Whitney Canada engines.
Marco Cardenas
Sales Director
Marco Cardenas introduces operators of business aircraft to the high-quality alternative to hourly engine coverage provided by EAP. Marco understands the challenges faced by operators, and his insight into this market helps EAP fulfill its mission to deliver high-quality services to them.
Previously, Marco had a 26-year career with Dallas Airmotive where he served as regional sales manager for Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell and Rolls-Royce engines. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps before attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He holds an FAA powerplant certificate, and he is fluent in both English and Spanish.


Steve Hubble
Global Director of Technical Engine Solutions
Steve Hubble serves as technical liaison between customers and MROs. He understands the value of providing excellent customer service. He knows engines and is dedicated to helping EAP expand its business into all markets across the globe.
Steve has been in aviation for more than 37 years. Immediately prior to joining EAP, Steve spent seven years with StandardAero as international sales director where he was charged with international sales and service. Steve also has worked for Raytheon, Bombardier Aerospace and Garrett Aviation on a wide variety of business jets and their engines. He is a licensed A&P technician with IA authority. He holds numerous manufacturer certifications in engines and airframes
Yorkk Swick
Director of Engine Solutions
Yorkk Swick uses his significant technical expertise to support EAP clients. He works with EAP’s network to schedule engine maintenance services for customers, including rapid response AOG support.
Yorkk’s aviation career began in 1993. Over that time, he has traveled to all 50 states and more than 30 countries repairing AOG aircraft. In 2002 he was hired by Garrett Aviation (StandardAero) to create and implement the first Mobile Service Team (MST) for AOG support worldwide, a service now implemented by almost every MRO facility. Yorkk was the director of operations for Standard Aero (Garrett) LAX where he managed MPIs and CZIs on TFE731s and midlife inspections on the CFE738s. He is currently based in Denver.


Lane Clapsaddle
Director of Aircraft Broker and Dealer Services
Lane Clapsaddle, a 36-year industry veteran, is an expert in the pre-owned aircraft market and uses that knowledge to help brokers and dealers understand the importance and value of hourly engine maintenance programs. His extensive experience in prepurchase evaluations plus aircraft and engine maintenance strengthens EAP’s relationships with aircraft sales organizations.

Prior to joining EAP, Lane was sales director at Jet East with a primary focus on pre-purchase evaluations and the pre-owned aircraft market. He had a long tenure with StandardAero (Garrett) and also has worked for Constant Aviation and Nextant. He is a licensed A&P technician and holds a degree in industrial technology. He began his career in the U.S. Air Force as a C-141 aircraft technician, and he has worked as an aircraft maintenance technician, customer support manager and sales manager.
Delray Dobbins
Director of Global Strategy
Known industry-wide for his engine expertise, knowledge of engine maintenance programs and customer-service focus, Delray Dobbins promotes EAP’s offerings to Pratt & Whitney Canada and Rolls-Royce customers.
Prior to joining EAP, Delray led sales and global strategy for Pratt & Whitney Canada’s Eagle Service Plan (ESP). His aviation career spans more than 30 years, with a large focus on engine maintenance and support. He worked in technical publications supporting the AE3007 engine on the Citation X and Embraer 145 platforms and later worked in a customer support role on the GV and G550 engine programs. He serves on the NBAA Maintenance Committee. Delray has a bachelor’s degree in aviation technology from Purdue University where he graduated with his airframe and powerplant license as well as a commercial / instrument pilot's license. In his down time, Delray enjoys flying his 1967 Beechcraft V35 Bonanza.
