1. Who We Are

We are Engine Assurance Program, LLC ("EAP", "We", "Us", or "Our"). We provide extended warranty coverage and related services to jet aircraft owners and operators. These services may utilize third-party software applications and platforms to manage customer and prospect relationships.

2. Who You Are

"You" refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using EAP’s services, or acting on behalf of such entity. By accessing or using EAP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

3. Scope

These Terms govern your use of EAP services and website. They do not cover third-party services accessed through EAP, such as payment processors or CRMs. Refer to their respective policies for those services.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business or organization you represent. You affirm you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

5. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

5.1 Ownership and Processing of Data

All data you provide remains your property. You grant EAP a limited, non-exclusive right to use, store, and process your data to deliver and improve services. This includes aircraft data, ownership records, and contact details.

 

5.2 GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

  • Right to Access: You may request access to your personal data.

  • Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your data where legally permissible.

  • Data Portability: You may request to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

  • Objection and Restriction: You may object to or restrict processing under certain conditions.
     

5.3 Data Security

EAP applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5.4 Third-Party Processors

We use third-party vendors (e.g., CRM, cloud platforms, analytics tools). Each vendor is contractually required to meet data protection standards aligned with GDPR and U.S. privacy laws.

5.5 International Data Transfers

If we transfer your data outside of the European Economic Area, we ensure safeguards are in place.

5.6 Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach involving personal information, EAP will notify affected parties and applicable regulators in accordance with GDPR and U.S. laws.

6. Fees, Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Warranties, and Termination

These follow standard commercial terms and have been revised from previous iterations to ensure compliance with both U.S. and EU commercial best practices.
